Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 c
- water - 6 c
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- white vinegar - 3 c
- mustard seed - 2 Tbsp
- turmeric - 1 tsp
- canning salt - 1/4 c
- ground onions - 3 c
- ground green peppers - 3/4 c
- ground celery - 3 c
- ground unpeeled zucchini - 5 c
How to make zucchini relish:
Cook together for 10 minutes. Seal in jars. Makes 6 pints.Very good to serve on hamburger sandwiches.
