Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • large eggs - 4 item
  • margarine - 1/2 tsp
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • parsley flakes - 1 tsp
  • medium onion, diced - 1 item
  • diced zucchini - 3 c

How to make zucchini quiche:

Mix all ingredients except Bisquick, then add Bisquick and coat evenly. Pour into a buttered 10-inch pie plate. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Reheats well.
