Zucchini quiche
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 1/4 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 2 tsp
- sliced zucchini - 4 c
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 2 c
- tube Pillsbury crescent rolls - 8 oz
How to make zucchini quiche:
Saute thin sliced zucchini and onion in margarine for 10 minutes. Stir in parsley and seasonings. Combine eggs and cheese and stir into zucchini mixture. Separate dough into 8 triangles and press into 10-inch quiche pan. Press over bottom and up sides. Spread mustard over crust and pour in the vegetable mixture.Bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Serve hot. Great served with grilled Italian sausages.
