- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- raisins - 1 c
- drained crushed pineapple - 1 c
- finely grated zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini pineapple bread:
Beat eggs until foamy. Add oil, zucchini, pineapple and raisins. Add dry ingredients; mix well. Add nuts. Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 3/4-inch) at 350° for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
