Zucchini pineapple bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
- soda - 2 tsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- raisins - 1 c
- salad oil - 1 c
- coarsely shredded zucchini - 2 c
- can well drained crushed pineapple - 1 oz
How to make zucchini pineapple bread:
Beat eggs with mixer. Add next three ingredients; beat until thick and foamy. Stir the next two ingredients with a spoon. Combine the rest of the ingredients and then mix all ingredients together and stir. Bake in loaf pans for 1 hour at 350°. CooRecipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Squash.
