- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 3/4 c
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- coarsely shredded zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini pineapple bread:
Combine the flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nuts. Beat the eggs and add sugar, oil and vanilla. Fold in zucchini and pineapple that has been drained. Bake at 350°.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Squash.
