- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 Tbsp
- grated zucchini - 2 c
- raisins optional
- crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
- pecans optional - 1 c
How to make zucchini pineapple bread:
Beat together oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Then add zucchini and dry ingredients. Stir in pineapple, raisins and nuts. Pour in two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350°.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Squash.
