Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • eggs beaten - 4 item
  • onion finely chopped - 1 item
  • + 1/2 Tbsp - 1/2 c
  • zucchini sliced thin - 3 item

How to make zucchini pie:

Mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 inch pie pan.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. A knife inserted in the center should come out clean.

Recipe can be doubled using a 9x13 pan.
