Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- parsley to taste - 1 item
How to make zucchini pie:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9-inch pie pan. Saute onion in 1 tablespoon butter. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie pan. Bake for about 1/2 hour.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Italian, European.
