- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- oleo
- Milnot
- cooked zucchini, peeled
How to make zucchini pie:
Mix zucchini in blender; mix with remaining ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, then 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Italian, European.
