Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- cream of tartar
- pineapple juice - 3 Tbsp
- pastry for 2 crust pie
- washed and pared zucchini slices - 6 c
How to make zucchini pie:
Cook zucchini until tender; cool and drain. Add remaining ingredients and place in unbaked pie shell. Cover with top crust and seal edges. Cut slits for steam to escape. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Italian, European.
