  • cornstarch
  • vinegar
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • onions, chopped - 4 c
  • black pepper - 1 item
  • celery seed - 1 tsp
  • green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • turmeric - 1 tsp
  • red pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • young, sliced zucchini - 12 c

How to make zucchini pickles:

Slice zucchini. Let stand overnight in enough water to cover, plus 5 tablespoons salt. Drain. Add rest of ingredients. Boil 30 minutes. Can and seal.
