Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- grated zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini nut bread:
Preheat oven to 350°. Beat eggs with mixer. Stir in sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla. Combine flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder in a separate bowl. Add to egg/zucchini mixture; mix well. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased 9 x 5-Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Squash.
