Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 item
  • cooking oil - 1/4 c
  • pepper - 1 item
  • garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
  • prepared mustard - 2 tsp
  • basil - 1/4 tsp
  • sliced celery - 3/4 c
  • carrot, grated - 1 item
  • taco sauce - 1/3 c
  • green pepper, cut in strips - 1/2 item
  • medium onion, sliced - 1 item
  • sliced, unpeeled zucchini - 4 c
  • or 3 tomatoes, wedged - 2 item

How to make zucchini mexicali:

Put zucchini, celery, onions, carrots and peppers in skillet with cooking oil. Cook 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients; salt and pepper to taste. Cook 4 or 5 minutes longer.
