Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- cooking oil - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- prepared mustard - 2 tsp
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- sliced celery - 3/4 c
- carrot, grated - 1 item
- taco sauce - 1/3 c
- green pepper, cut in strips - 1/2 item
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- sliced, unpeeled zucchini - 4 c
- or 3 tomatoes, wedged - 2 item
How to make zucchini mexicali:
Put zucchini, celery, onions, carrots and peppers in skillet with cooking oil. Cook 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients; salt and pepper to taste. Cook 4 or 5 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Vegetables.
