Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- can crushed pineapple, well drained - 1 oz
- grated, peeled zucchini - 6 c
- large box orange or apricot jello - 1 item
How to make zucchini jam:
Place fresh shelled nuts in shallow pan. Set pan in warm, not hot, oven (300°) until nuts are dry. Do not brown. Boil pint jars 5 minutes. Invert to drain dry.
