Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 6 c
  • water - 2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • zucchini, peeled and grated - 6 c
  • box jell-o, any flavor you want

How to make zucchini jam:

Cook the zucchini in 2 tsp. water for 6 minutes. Add the crushed pineapple and cook 6 more minutes. Add the lemon juice and remove from stove. Add the jell-o and stir until dissolved. Pour into jars, put on lids, and keep in the refrigerator.
