Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 c
- water - 2 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- zucchini, peeled and grated - 6 c
- box jell-o, any flavor you want
How to make zucchini jam:
Cook the zucchini in 2 tsp. water for 6 minutes. Add the crushed pineapple and cook 6 more minutes. Add the lemon juice and remove from stove. Add the jell-o and stir until dissolved.
