Ingredients/Components
- zucchini, grated unpeeled - 6 c
- sugar - 6 c
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- crushed pineapple - 20 oz
How to make zucchini jam:
Cook for 15 minutes after it comes to a boil. Take off heat and stir in 2 (3 ounce) packages orange pineapple jello. Stir good and put in jars.Recipe categories: Squash, Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves.
