  • zucchini, grated unpeeled - 6 c
  • sugar - 6 c
  • lemon juice - 1/2 c
  • crushed pineapple - 20 oz

How to make zucchini jam:

Cook for 15 minutes after it comes to a boil. Take off heat and stir in 2 (3 ounce) packages orange pineapple jello. Stir good and put in jars.
