Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion - 1/2 c
- marjoram - 1/2 tsp
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- raw shredded zucchini, well packed - 3 c
How to make zucchini frittata:
Slightly beat the eggs. Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased 9 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, until lightly browned.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Squash, Omelets and frittatas.
