  • eggs - 5 item
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • onion - 1/2 c
  • marjoram - 1/2 tsp
  • thyme - 1/2 tsp
  • raw shredded zucchini, well packed - 3 c

How to make zucchini frittata:

Slightly beat the eggs. Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased 9 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, until lightly browned.
