Zucchini crisp
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- flour
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- lemon juice - 2/3 c
- sticks oleo - 3 item
- zucchini, shredded - 8 c
How to make zucchini crisp:
Crust:4 c. flour2 c. sugar3 sticks oleo1 tsp. cinnamon dash of salt Cook zucchini and lemon juice until tender. Add sugar, cinnamon and spices and cook a little longer.Mix together crust ingredients until crumbly. Use 1/2 cup to thicken filling. Pat 1/2 of remaining crust in pan. Bake 10 minutes at 375°. Spoon filling onto crust. Sprinkle remaining crust on the filling. Bake 30 minutes at 375°.
