Zucchini crescent pie
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- small onion, thinly sliced - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 2 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 8 oz
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- can Pillsbury crescent rolls - 1 oz
- unpeeled zucchini, thinly sliced - 4 c
How to make zucchini crescent pie:
Steam zucchini and onion until transparent. Spread crescent rolls on bottom and sides of 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Spread mustard over crescent rolls. Mix eggs, cheese and seasonings. Add steamed vegetables to egg mixture, then pour on crescent roll crust. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, One Dish meal.
