  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • small onion, thinly sliced - 1 item
  • parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
  • prepared mustard - 2 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 8 oz
  • oregano - 1/4 tsp
  • basil - 1/4 tsp
  • can Pillsbury crescent rolls - 1 oz
  • unpeeled zucchini, thinly sliced - 4 c

How to make zucchini crescent pie:

Steam zucchini and onion until transparent. Spread crescent rolls on bottom and sides of 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Spread mustard over crescent rolls. Mix eggs, cheese and seasonings. Add steamed vegetables to egg mixture, then pour on crescent roll crust. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.
