  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • raisins - 1 c
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • zucchini, chopped fine - 1 c

How to make zucchini cookies:

Mix sugar and margarine; add the flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and cloves, alternating with zucchini and raisins. Chill 2 hours, then drop on cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 12 to 15 minutes (will freeze).
