- flour
- oil - 1/2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- cocoa
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- nuts - 1/2 c
- oleo - 1/2 c
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- zucchini grated, unpeeled - 2 c
- Add dry ingredients alternatively with buttermilk and vanilla
How to make zucchini chocolate cake:
Cream together oleo, oil and sugar. Add dry ingredients alternatively with buttermilk and vanilla. Put into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes.Icing:1/2 stick oleo1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1/2 c. cocoa1 tsp. vanilla1 box powdered sugar Mix all together and put over cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
