Zucchini chocolate cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- baking powder
- baking soda
- grated orange peel - 2 tsp
- pecans or walnuts, chopped - 1 c
- zucchini, grated - 2 c
- flour unsifted
How to make zucchini chocolate cake:
Cream sugar and butter; add milk and eggs. Add zucchini, vanilla and orange peel and rest of ingredients. Bake in a tube or Bundt pan at 350° for 1 hour. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar when done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
