  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • butter or margarine - 3/4 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • baking powder
  • baking soda
  • grated orange peel - 2 tsp
  • pecans or walnuts, chopped - 1 c
  • zucchini, grated - 2 c
  • flour unsifted

How to make zucchini chocolate cake:

Cream sugar and butter; add milk and eggs. Add zucchini, vanilla and orange peel and rest of ingredients. Bake in a tube or Bundt pan at 350° for 1 hour. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar when done.
