Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- grated onion
- fine cracker crumbs
- zucchini, shredded - 1 lb
How to make zucchini casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray an 8 x 8-inch pan with Pam. Mix ingredients lightly, reserving 1/2 crumbs for top. Bake for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
