Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- small zucchini - 3 item
- grated Mozzarella and Cheddar - 2/3 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cut zucchini into 1/4-inch slices. Cook in small amount of salted water until soft. Place in greased casserole and cover with a mix of milk, egg and cheese. Dot with butter. Bake at 400 to 450° until top is brown.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
