Zucchini casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- sliced zucchini - 6 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 oz
- carrots, shredded
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cook zucchini and onion in small amount of water in saucepan for 10 minutes. Drain well. Combine with sour cream, soup and carrots; mix well. Toss stuffing mix with butter. Spread 1/2 of the stuffing mixture in bottom of greased casserole. Next, layer zucchini mixture and then top with remaining stuffing mixture. Bake for 30 minutes in 350° oven.
