Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- oleo - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 3/4
- onion, diced - 1/4 c
- diced zucchini - 6 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cook squash and onion 5 minutes in preheated water; drain well. Combine soup and sour cream. Fold into drained squash and onion. Melt oleo and combine with stuffing mix. Spread 1/2 of stuffing in bottom of greased casserole dish. Spoon in squash and onion, then top with rest of stuffing. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
