Zucchini casserole
Ingredients/Components
- grated carrots - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
- can sour cream - 1 item
- can chicken soup - 1 item
- zucchini, cubed - 2 c
- Stove Top dressing - 1 pkg
- Mozzarella cheese, divided - 1 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Melt butter. Add to Stove Top dressing. Mix well. Place zucchini, onion and carrots in saucepan. Add the chicken soup and sour cream; bring to a boil.In a baking dish, 8 x 8, spread one half of Stove Top. Pour hot zucchini mixture on top. Add 1/2 cup of cheese and then put the other half of Stove Top over it. Add 1/2 cup of cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cover for 15 minutes, then take off to brown.
