Zucchini casserole



  • carton sour cream - 1 oz
  • carrot, grated - 1 item
  • stick butter or margarine - 1 item
  • can cream of celery soup, undiluted - 1 item
  • medium sized onion - 1 item
  • unseasoned cornbread stuffing - 1 pkg
  • cooked and drained zucchini - 1 lb

How to make zucchini casserole:

Melt butter; stir in stuffing mix. Line bottom of 9 x 15-inch pan. Save enough chunks to sprinkle over top. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour in pan. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
