Zucchini casserole
Ingredients/Components
- grated zucchini
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- cracker crumbs
- small clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- finely chopped onion - 2 tsp
How to make zucchini casserole:
Combine cracker crumbs and melted margarine in small bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup of mixture for topping.In medium bowl, stir together remaining crumb mixture, zucchini, cheese, egg, onion and garlic. Place in an 8-inch square pan. Sprinkle with reserved cracker mixture and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 325°.
