Ingredients/Components
- hamburger - 1 lb
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- small onion - 1 item
- salt & pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Slice 2 or 3 small zucchini in a casserole dish. Cover above mixture with 1 - 29 oz. can Hunt's tomato sauce.Mix all together the meat mixture, the sliced zucchini and tomato sauce in a casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. The last 15 minutes of baking add slices of mott. cheese over top and continue to bake for the remaining 15 minutes. Serve with Italian bread or rolls.
