Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- nuts - 1/2 c
- self-rising flour
- raisins - 1/2 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- Crisco oil - 1 c
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini cake:
Mix sugars and oil; add eggs. Mix well. Add zucchini, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix flour. Bake at 325° for 1 hour in loaf pans. Roll raisins in flour. Drop on top. Freeze well.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Squash.
