Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon
- eggs - 4 item
- granulated sugar - 3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda
- nuts - 1 c
- cooking oil
- zucchini squash, grated - 3 c
How to make zucchini cake:
Mix all ingredients together except nuts. Batter will be stiff; add nuts. Stir and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan or three (9-inch) pans. Bake at 325° approximately 40 minutes according to pan size used. May be iced if desired. Can be frozen for later use.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Squash.
