Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 6 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- unsifted flour
- grated zucchini - 2 c
- sour milk - 1/2 c
- soft oleo - 1/2 c
How to make zucchini cake:
Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or 2 loaf pans. Mix the first 6 ingredients well. Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Add alternately with zucchini. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes. After cake cools, can frost with favRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Squash.
