Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• cocoa - 6 Tbsp
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• pinch of salt - 1 item
• vegetable oil - 1/2 c
• unsifted flour
• grated zucchini - 2 c
• sour milk - 1/2 c
• soft oleo - 1/2 c

How to make zucchini cake:

Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or 2 loaf pans. Mix the first 6 ingredients well. Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Add alternately with zucchini. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes. After cake cools, can frost with fav
