  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 3 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • raisins - 1 c
  • grated raw zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini cake:

Beat eggs. Add oil and sugar, beat well. Add vanilla and zucchini. Add sifted dry ingredients. Add nuts and raisins. Bake at 350° for 1 hour in greased pan.
