Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- raisins - 1 c
- salad oil - 1 c
- grated, unpeeled zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini cake:
Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan coated with nonstick spray or margarine and floured. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped nuts for toasted effect instead of icing. Nuts inside are optional. Bake at 350° for approximately 50 minutes. Cool in pan on rack.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Squash.
