- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- soft butter - 1/4 c
- walnuts - 1 c
- zucchini, grated - 3 c
- Combine dry ingredients and mix in
How to make zucchini cake:
Mix squash, sugar, oil and eggs. Combine dry ingredients and mix in. Grease and flour tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan for 1 hour.Frosting:3 oz. cream cheese1/4 c. soft butter2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Combine ingredients.
