Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3 c
  • cinnamon
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • powdered sugar - 2 c
  • soft butter - 1/4 c
  • walnuts - 1 c
  • zucchini, grated - 3 c
  • Combine dry ingredients and mix in

How to make zucchini cake:

Mix squash, sugar, oil and eggs. Combine dry ingredients and mix in. Grease and flour tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan for 1 hour.Frosting:3 oz. cream cheese1/4 c. soft butter2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Combine ingredients. Frost cooled cake.
