  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 3 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts
  • flour - 2 c
  • cocoa - 3 Tbsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • salad oil - 1 c
  • zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini brownies:

Mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla; beat until smooth. Stir in zucchini. Combine all dry ingredients. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 1-inch). Bake at 325° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top before putting in oven.
