Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 3 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts
- flour - 2 c
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- salad oil - 1 c
- zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini brownies:
Mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla; beat until smooth. Stir in zucchini. Combine all dry ingredients. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan (15 x 10 x 1-inch). Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
