Zucchini bread with pineapple
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- large can pineapple, drained - 1 item
- grated zucchini, peeled and seeded - 2 c
How to make zucchini bread with pineapple:
Cream first four ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° until done (1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes).Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Pineapple.
