Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 3 c
• nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
• oil - 1 c
• soda - 2 tsp
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• grated zucchini - 2 c
• white sugar - 2 c
• can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 1/2

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix all ingredients and bake one hour at 350°. Makes 4 (3 1/2 x 7 1/2-inch) loaves.

Do not freeze raw zucchini and pineapple together unless baked in the bread. The loaves can be frozen.
