Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 3 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- grated zucchini - 2 c
- eggs, beaten until foamy - 3 item
How to make zucchini bread:
Mix eggs, oil and sugar. Add 1 cup flour, salt and soda. Mix. Add zucchini and 2 cups flour. Beat well. Add vanilla. Pour into greased loaf pans. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Can be frozen. Makes 2 loaves.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
