Ingredients/Components
- sifted flour - 3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- ground cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- sugar
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Sift flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon; set aside. Beat eggs lightly in large bowl. Stir in sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla. Add flour mixture, blending thoroughly. Stir in walnuts. Spoon batter into two well-greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
