Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• nuts - 1 c
• grated zucchini - 3 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix oil, sugar and eggs together. In separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt. Add all dry ingredients alternately with grated zucchini to first mixture. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into 3 greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
