Zucchini bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 3 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- peeled and grated zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini bread:
In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and foamy. Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla; mix well. In another bowl, sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture, stirring to mix completely. Fold in nuts. Pour into 3 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325° until done, about 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
