Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 4 c
  • cinnamon - 7 tsp
  • vanilla - 4 Tbsp
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • flour - 6 c
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • oil
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 6 item
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • molasses - 1/4 c
  • nuts, chopped
  • cooked zucchini, drained and blended - 4 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix zucchini, eggs, sugar, vanilla, molasses and oil together. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add nuts. Put in 4 loaf pans sprayed with Pam and floured. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until done.
