Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • milk - 2/3 c
  • salt
  • flour
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • raisins - 2/3 c
  • margarine - 2/3 c
  • cloves - 1 tsp
  • orange peel, grated - 1 Tbsp
  • walnuts - 2/3 c
  • 16 oz - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix together all ingredients, except walnuts and raisins. Add them last and gently mix with spoon. Divide into 3 loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Can be wrapped in freezer paper and frozen until needed.
