Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• vegetable oil - 1 c
• all-purpose flour - 3 c
• nuts - 3/4 c
• shredded zucchini - 2 c
• crushed pineapple, drained - 1 (8

How to make zucchini bread:

Combine flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nuts; set aside. Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Stir in zucchini and pineapple. Add dry ingredients. Stir until moistened. Bake in 2 loaf pans at 350° for 1 hour. You can ice it with lemon icing or cream cheese icing.
