Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• oil - 1 c
• eggs, beaten - 3 item
• baking powder - 1/4 tsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• nuts - 1 c
• seedless raisins - 1/2 c
• loosely packed raw zucchini squash - 2 c
• ground cloves may use mace - 1/2 tsp

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix eggs, oil and zucchini. Add all the rest of the ingredients and blend. Grease loaf pan. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool and serve.
