  • cinnamon
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • can pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • chocolate chips optional - 1 item
  • small jar maraschino cherries, drained and cut up - 1 item
  • raisins white or other - 1/2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix all ingredients. Grease and flour 2 bread pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
