Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- salad oil - 1 c
- grated raw zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Combine oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla; blend well. Add combined dry ingredients. Do not beat. Fold in zucchini and nuts. Spoon batter into 2 well-greased 8 x 4 x 3-inch pans. Bake at 325° for about 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
